How do I place a return or exchange?

We’re sorry you didn’t love your Miss Kaya product. Please reach out to fati.vip92@gmail.com with your order number and the products you’d like to return, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry—Miss Kaya packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to fati.vip92@gmail.com and we’ll help you place your return.

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30 days timeframe, please reach out to fati.vip92@gmail.com.

Order number must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. 

How long does it take to process a return?

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at fati.vip92@gmail.com and we’ll be sure to get you the product you ordered!

What’s your return process if i’m not happy with the product?

 Yes within 30 days after receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:

- Securely pack the items in a box.
- Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
- Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
- Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.

Please note! If you have received a faulty product, it is important that you send an e-mail to fati.vip92@gmail.com before returning your order.

We will then be able to help you with the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.

NOTE: If your order has not been purchased via www.misskaya.com.com the return policy applied is the one of the shop where you did purchase the product.

EXCHANGES

You've changed your mind about an item, or the size doesn't suit you? No problem.
- Exchange costs: To facilitate the exchange process, the cost of returning the item is at the customer's expense, i.e. 3 USD (the amount may vary depending on the delivery region).
- Exchange time: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order.
- Exchange conditions :
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the exact condition in which it was purchased.
- All gifts received with the product must be included in their original packaging.
- Opened products with a manufacturing defect may be exchanged free of charge for the same item.

Exceptions not covered by the exchange policy: 

Damage resulting from misuse.

Clarification on sale items:

Promotional and sale items are final sales. They cannot be exchanged. Please check your choice before validating your basket.
